Registration
Registration process for manufacturers:
- Economic
operators (manufacturers) wishing to register with Tobacco Track & Trace in
Austria require valid access to the Austrian Business Service Portal
(https://www.usp.gv.at). In order to register with the USP, you must legitimise
your company and your person. See also the detailed description in the
following document: AT ISSUER REGISTERING FOR PRODUCTION SYSTEM_1.2.
- Furthermore,
the data of Economic Operators (EO), their facilities and, in the case of
industry, their production machinery must be registered. In the case of foreign
locations, registration of the economic operator in Austria is enough; all
other data must be registered in the country of production. See the
registration form: Initial Registering Form Economic Operator. All data is
compared with the Central Repository of the European Union (DENTSU).
- After
a few days you will receive access to the USP by means of a European return
advice letter. Once you have received this letter you can create a webserver
user, which you then authorize for the Tobacco Track & Trace System, see
also the detailed description in the following document: AT ISSUER REGISTERINGFOR PRODUCTION SYSTEM_1.2.
- If you have agreed to the terms and conditions, you can then use the user and password from the USP to retrieve your token (API Key) via the REST Service using Economic Operator ID (EO_ID): https://txm.portal.at/track-and-trace-tobacco-issuer/api/authorization/token/{EO_ID}
Congratulations! Now you can use our services with username/password and token (API-Key).
Registration
process for wholesalers:
All wholesalers wishing to
participate in Tobacco Track & Trace must register the data of the Economic
Operators (EO) and their facilities.
Please fill in the
registration form: Initial Registering Form Economic Operator Wholesale and
FACILITIES and send it to the mailbox T_T@mvg.at.
All data will be checked against
the Central Repository of the European Union (DENTSU).
The currently 5 tobacco
wholesalers selling cigarettes and roll-your-own tobacco and their warehouses must
be registered.
